Highlights of the role : Requirements: Bachelor of Pharmacy, Master of Pharmacy, Master of Science in Chemistry, or a similar field
Experience: at least five years in sterile/injectables manufacturing quality control (QMS)
Required Competencies : Proficient in managing deviations, change controls, CAPA, and audit preparation; keen comprehension of QMS documentation and regulatory compliance
knowledge of GMP regulations and sterile production procedures
proficiency with TrackWise, LIMS, and additional QMS technologies.

For our Quality Control (QC) department, we are looking for a meticulous and analytical Team Member to join our Quality Management System (QMS) team in Visakhapatnam, India. You will be instrumental in ensuring that our procedures and products are of the highest caliber in this capacity.
Adopt and uphold quality control protocols within the context of the QMS.
Perform comprehensive testing and inspections on materials and products at different production stages.
Prepare thorough reports and analyze high-quality data for management evaluation.
Determine and record quality problems, and as required, provide solutions.
Work together with cross-functional teams to enhance production procedures and product quality.Verify adherence to corporate policies, rules, and industry standards.
Take part in programs and efforts aimed at improving quality.
Keep quality control records current and correct.

Requirements : Engineering, quality management, or a similar discipline at the bachelor’s degree level
Strong understanding of quality control procedures and QMS concepts Proven experience in quality assurance or control, ideally in a manufacturing setting

Meticulous attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
Familiarity with industry-specific quality standards and regulations
