Job Description:
As a Deputy Manager/Manager – HR, you will play a crucial role in managing the HR functions for our plant. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Talent Acquisition: Oversee the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees. Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and requirements. Ensure alignment between recruitment efforts and departmental needs.
  • Employee Relations & Performance Management: Provide guidance and support on employee relations, performance management, and talent development initiatives.
  • HR Projects & Initiatives: Lead and manage HR projects related to organizational development, culture enhancement, and change management. Drive initiatives that support a positive work environment and organizational effectiveness.
  • HR Analytics: Utilize data and analytics to identify trends, assess HR processes, and make informed recommendations for improvements.
  • Strategic Partnership: Partner with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company’s goals and objectives.
  • Talent Management & Engagement: Implement innovative engagement strategies to improve employee retention and reduce attrition. Foster a culture of high performance and employee satisfaction.
  • Operational Excellence: Exposure to Lean and Operational Excellence practices will be advantageous.

Education & Experience:

  • Postgraduate degree (MBA/PGDM) in HR or Industrial Relations.
  • Proven experience in HR management, with a focus on plant or manufacturing environments preferred.
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices and employment laws.

Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and build relationships across all levels of the organization.
  • Proficiency in HR software and systems.
