1. Outbound Sales Calls

Make daily outbound calls to new and existing leads.

Clearly explain product features such as material, benefits, finishes, and installation process.
2. Inbound Lead Management

Attend incoming calls and online inquiries from potential customers.

Provide helpful information and guide prospects through the sales process.

Encourage showroom visits or online consultations based on lead interest.
3. Product Presentation

Give product advice based on customer needs like blackout curtains for bedrooms, waterproof flooring for kitchens, etc.

Help customers visualize how different interior items match their home or office.

Stay updated on the latest interior trends to give modern, relevant suggestions.
4. Appointment Setting & Follow-ups

Schedule showroom visits or site consultations.

Follow up with leads who haven’t converted yet and keep communication alive.

Maintain a strong follow-up schedule for every potential customer.
5. CRM & Sales Reporting

Accurately update every customer interaction in CRM software.

Track sales activities, follow-ups, and conversions.

Generate and submit regular sales reports to the team lead or manager.
6. Sales Target Achievement

Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets assigned.

Maintain a high conversion rate from lead to sale.
